Payment Terms
These terms summarize the Stripe checkout and subscription flow for ADUExpert Certification and TWODWELL platform access.
Standard Certification
ADUExpert Certification is a one-time $495 purchase. Course access is unlocked after Stripe confirms the payment.
Standard Subscription
After you pass the certification final exam, the certification purchase includes your first platform month. Your selected recurring subscription begins after that included month unless you cancel before the first recurring charge.
Admin-Invited Founding Experts
Only an accepted founding invitation created by a TWODWELL administrator grants founding pricing. For an invited real estate agent or builder, the $495 certification fee is waived. After the expert completes their profession-specific course and passes the final exam, six platform months are included.
Public application acceptance does not grant founding pricing. Accepted public applicants pay the standard $495 certification fee and then $99/month for platform access.
The founding benefit does not create an automatic renewal or charge. To continue platform access after the included period, the member must explicitly choose the $99/month plan and complete a separate Stripe checkout. Until that checkout is completed, no recurring payment is scheduled.
Billing Management
Payments, payment methods, invoices, and subscription management are handled by Stripe. TWODWELL does not store raw card details.
