Refund Policy
This policy applies to the ADUExpert Certification purchase and the TWODWELL platform subscription.
Certification Purchase
The $495 certification fee is refundable only if course access has not been used. After certification course access begins, the certification purchase is non-refundable.
Admin-Invited Founding Experts
Real estate agents and builders who accept an administrator-created founding invitation do not pay the $495 certification fee, so there is no certification charge to refund. Their six included platform months also do not create an automatic recurring charge. Public application acceptance alone does not grant this benefit.
Revoked DRE License
If a DRE license is reported as revoked, protected access stops. Contact support to request a review of any certification or subscription payment. Refund eligibility is evaluated case by case based on payment, course-use, license, and account records; a refund is not automatic or guaranteed.
Included Platform Month
The platform subscription does not begin until after you pass the final exam and your included platform month ends. You can cancel during the included month before the first recurring charge.
Recurring Subscription
Recurring subscription payments are managed in Stripe. Changes apply to future billing periods unless Stripe shows a different effective date during the billing management flow.
